Throughly enjoy how spacious the apartment is, the larger kitchen and living room will be nice for having family to visit. Also enjoy the large closet which most apartments don't have.

Love my apartment and my neighbors. We all in my building get along really well. Some of us has discussed our cable service and wishes that we still could get local channels, but everything thing else is A-Ok.

It’s not a bad place to live. It’s close to everything. Children go to Hebron and Harrison. I call this home. I have lived here for 4 years. The staff is really great. They don’t talk down to you. Like other places. It’s overall a great place. Dog friendly. After my kids were off on their own. A dog is what I needed. And they accepted him with out a problem. The ppl stay out of your business. It’s just great!

I love the Fairmont Community because it is clean, no problems with neighbors. There is peace in the neighborhood and that’s enough for me. HALLELUYAH!!!

It has been a really good experience they just have some maintenance problems but things always get fixed. Great open space and some storage that comes with it for those little decorations that we all keep for the holidays. Everyone is super friendly.

The place looks great, staff is wonderful, and the neighbors are so nice. Couldn't have chosen a better place to live! They have a dog park! Super cheap and they have free wifi!!

Mostly quite n friendly neighbors plus get to enjoy cable n internet as well plus certain months we do different activities . Very comfortable . Close walking distance to n from my job . Close by to everything

My experience here at Fairmont has been good, the people are nice and it's mostly quiet....... Perfect peace and tranquility.......And the management has allowed me grace a couple times when I didn't have my rent on time - I appreciate that

Decent apartments. New management team seems better than when I first moved in here. Water pressure could be better, but AC and heating are fine. If you need something on the east side of town, you could do a lot worse. I'd recommend.

Other than the non sense that be going on around here I've n still enjoy living here in Fairmont apts been almost 3 yrs I believe .. peaceful very quite at times .... Friendly neighbors

I love my home and the location. I am a very simple person i don't need a lot of room to move around. This place is surrounded by so many food choices that you could eat something different every night. I do recommend this place to a lot of different people that r looking for somewhere to live. The landlord and maintenance man are very courteous and nice. It's quite most of the time. I wish there was a way to stop people visiting the adult night 🌙 club from using our parking lot to park there vehicles . Sometimes they park here and we have to park 1 or even 2 apartment buildings away from ours. Please figure out a way to stop this from happening. Thry also leave there empty liquor bottles in the lot plus there trash 🗑!!!!
